| Sitting in this Coney Island take on a Cajun restaurant you can see the parachute tower through the rippling roof above. In the summer months the restaurant opens up to the ocean air through a series of large vertical doors allowing the sea breeze to flow through the building. The restaurant spills into an open air porch at the front and into an internal boardwalk leading to the multifunctional gathering space below. | |
