| This competition was a proposal for the “beautification” of a parking lot in downtown Cincinnati. The budget was $25,000 and the site area was 134,000 square feet. The proposal could not interfere with the existing operation of the parking lot. This proposal was for a system of poles and a fabric structure that would shade the parking area. The system of poles allowed for a variety of different fabric structures to be built above the parking lot. | |
